Welcome to Beachfront #12, where family-friendly comfort and location combine to create a place to get away from it all. This absolute beachfront home with a pool, spa, putting green and the beach as your backyard, is set across two levels. Beachfront #12 enjoys fabulous ocean views from the Master and King bedroom and views from the open-plan living area downstairs.

On the ground floor level of the home, open the large sliding doors to open the living areas to the outdoors.  Relax by the pool or spa, lounge in the cabana and enjoy being on the absolute beachfront with your own putting green!

The gourmet galley style kitchen includes ilve appliances, a wine fridge and plenty of space to make this an ideal holiday for a large family or a couples/friends getaway. If you dont feel like cooking, consider using our concierge service to arrange catering.

Enjoy incredible ocean views from the outdoor pool and spa. Outdoor lounges overlooking the pool are ideal for relaxing. Or take some time to relax in Balinese style thatched hut with built-in day bed, perfect for lounging with a book or magazine and a cup of tea or wine.

Inside and upstairs, the master suite includes and open-plan ensuite with free-standing bath which enjoys stunning ocean views, a large wardroom and access to the balcony. This room also has a door to access the adjoining king bedroom.  Both king bedrooms have stunning ocean views and direct balcony access.

On the street side of the home are 2 more bedrooms, one with a Queen Bed and the fourth bedroom with a King Bed, both bedrooms have ensuites. At Beachfront #12, four of the five bedrooms have their own well-appointed bathrooms. Bedroom 5 is located on the ground floor level, it features a queen-size bed and suits anyone unable to climb stairs and also has an ensuite that also services as a bathroom for the ground floor level.

This home is perfect for family and friends sharing, intimate health retreats and maintaining fitness while away on holidays, special occasions, family reunions, and detoxing and unwinding from city life.

This property is Pet-Friendly. A Pet Fee of $110 is payable, which is a one-off fee per pet for the duration of your stay (up to 7 days). There is also an additional pet bond of $500.   • Minimum booking age of 21 years of age applies and parties are prohibited
  • We use a third-party Guest App which will be responsible for all communication before and during your stay
  • Concierge services are available via our Guest App

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
